The Manitowoc County Recycling Center is letting residents know that one of its pieces of equipment will be down for repairs over the next couple of days.
Operations Manager Jon A. Reisenbuechler tells SeehaferNews.com that the truck scale will be out of order tomorrow (September 11th) and Saturday and will not be accepting large loads.
The scale typically helps the recycling center weigh out things like tires, commercial brush, or any other item requiring vehicle weights.
Reisenbuechler also noted, “This will not affect the sale of compost products, electronics recycling, or other drop-off services that do not involve truck scale weights.”
