Two Rivers Parks and Recreation is inviting everyone out for a day on the water.
The 3rd Annual Paddle Palooza is being held this Saturday (September 12th) at Veterans Park and Boat Launch, featuring activities for water lovers of all ages.
The event was created to allow the community an opportunity to get out on the water and enjoy the area.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own kayaks if they have them, but there will also be a limited number of kayaks available to borrow.
New this year will be food provided by the American Legion Auxiliary Post 165 and drinks being served by the Rotary Club of Two Rivers.
There will also be music, vendors, paddle games, and the Two Rivers High School Fishing Club will be on hand to teach the basics of angling.
Several local organizations will also be on hand, including People, Earth, Water (PEW), the U.S. Coast Guard, Two Rivers Environmental Advisory Board (EAB) representatives, Explore Two Rivers, and NOAA and the Wisconsin Coastal Management Program.
