Community members will be fundraising to support those experiencing homelessness in Sheboygan County this month.
The Sheboygan County Warming Center has announced that it will be the beneficiary of two upcoming fundraisers during the month of September.
The first will be the Fall’s Fabulous Vendor Fair taking place on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Butch & Anne’s Pine Grove in Elkhart Lake.
Items from the over 35 vendors on hand will be auctioned off in bucket raffles, with the Warming Center receiving all the donations raised.
Then, on September 28th, the Kohler Company Run/Walk for Safe Water will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
While participation in the event is free and open to the public, the Kohler Company has pledged to donate $25 per participant to benefit the Warming Center, the Sheboygan River Basin Partnership, and Glacial Lakes Conservancy.
