The Manitowoc Police Department is asking the public for help with a hit-and-run crash.
The incident occurred in the 2100 block of Fairmont Street at around 2:30 Sunday morning (September 6th).
A black GMC Yukon had struck a parked vehicle and then fled the scene, and it was later found abandoned in the 2000 block of Rheaume Road.
It was later learned that the vehicle was actually stolen in Brown County.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or whose security cameras captured anything between midnight and 2:45 a.m. is encouraged to contact the Manitowoc Police Department’s Shift Commander at 920-686-6551 or via email at shiftcommander@manitowocwi.gov.
