A Manitowoc Lincoln golfer kept her place in the top ten at the FRCC Mini-Meet #3.
Briella Reeves shot a 47 at Autumn Ridge Golf Course yesterday, which was good for 8th place, and just four strokes back of breaking into the top five.
The meet was dominated by Green Bay Preble’s Emma Cunningham, whose 37 was four strokes better than Emma Hudson of De Pere, as well as Myah Johnson and Madelyn Gicus of Bay Port.
The Ships’ second-best golfer on the day was Ruby Spaeth, whose 56 landed her in 30th, followed by Noelle Meister.
She shot a 58, good for 37th place. As a team, Manitowoc Lincoln shot a 288, tying them with Pulaski for 8th place, while Bay Port’s 177 was 9 strokes better than Preble and 18 lower than Sheboygan North.
The Ships and the rest of the conference will take a week to hone their game before converging on Ledgeview Golf Course for FRCC Mini Meet #4 on Thursday (September 10th).
