
A Manitowoc man has died after a crash in Calumet County.
The Calumet County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were notified of a two-car crash at the intersection of County Highway K and County Road PP in the Town of Brillion just after 7:30 this morning (September 3rd).
The preliminary investigation indicates that the 32-year-old Manitowoc man was driving westbound on County Highway K when he struck a vehicle driven by a 33-year-old Green Bay man, who was traveling south on County Highway PP.
Deputies say traffic on County Highway K in controlled by a stop sign at County Highway PP.
The 32-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene, while the 33-year-old man was transported via ambulance with minor injuries.
Calumet County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Joseph Tenor says the crash remains under investigation.
Anyone who might have witnessed the crash is asked to call the department. The names of those involved are being withheld pending family notification.
