There is only one meeting today (September 3rd) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Zoning Board of Appeals will gather in the Committee Room in City Hall at 9:00 this morning for a public hearing. Metro North Communications Inc. has filed an appeal for the section of the municipal code related to Height and Area Exceptions.
The code states that shipping containers shall not be permitted on vacant lots, and Metro North Communications is looking to place such a container at 1910 South 20th Street.
After hearing from the applicant, city staff will have time to explain their findings before the public gets to comment.
