Patriot Riders of America WI Chapter 2 is getting a grant to ensure veterans don’t go hungry.
The Cousins Subs Make It Better Foundation provided a grant to support Operation Full Plate to ensure that active-duty military, veterans, and their family members do not go hungry or have to choose between paying a bill and buying groceries for their household.
Patriot Riders Vice President Jenny Matte says the grant will help assist their Northeast Wisconsin Military, veterans, and their families in need over the winter months with gift cards to shop for groceries at select locations in the area to help cover the cost of rising Utility Bills.
She also added that the Patriot Riders of America Wisconsin Chapter 2 is “extremely grateful to Cousins Subs for investing in our mission and helping us continue making such a positive impact in our Northeast Wisconsin counties of Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Calumet, Brown, Kewaunee and Door.”
To receive funding, U.S. Military members need to complete a one-page financial assistance application by emailing patriotriderswi.c2@gmail.com or calling 920-769-6022.
