Eastern Wisconsin motorists are seeing some smaller numbers on their gas pumps this week.
Manitowoc County’s average price per gallon of regular unleaded fuel is at $3.81, which is eleven cents less expensive than this time last week, as reported by the AAA Gas Prices website.
That is the 18th lowest average among the 72 counties in Wisconsin, meaning Manitowoc County has cheaper fuel than 75% of the rest of the state.
Meanwhile, Sheboygan County saw a drop of 14 cents to $3.70, which is the 4th lowest in the state.
Elsewhere around the area, Calumet County saw a dip of 12 cents to $3.82, Outagamie County is down eight cents to $3.78, Brown County’s average is 13 cents lower this week to $3.73, Kewaunee County also reported an eight-cent dip to $3.80, and Door County reported the smallest change, a four-cent per gallon drop to $3.84.
The state average, meanwhile, is down a dime to $3.80, good for the 13th lowest in the U.S., while the national average is actually up two cents to $4.12.
