A Green Bay man facing charges in a drug overdose death has entered his plea.
27-year-old Shae Lester Reese is facing charges of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide by the Delivery of Drugs, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, and three counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, all with repeater modifiers.
He has pleaded not guilty to all of them.
WFRV reports that Reese was arrested in May for his role in the death of a 26-year-old individual in August of 2025.
The victim was found deceased from a drug overdose, and a phone near the body had an open chat with Reese.
The messages in the chat were said to indicate a drug deal had taken place.
Reese later told police that he was the “middleman” in the deal.
Reese will be back in front of Judge Thomas Walsh on September 22nd for a status conference.
