The woman convicted in the “Slender Man stabbing” is going to ask again to be released from a mental institution.
Morgan Geyser’s attorney filed a petition yesterday to request a hearing for conditional release, something she was granted on a fourth try in January of last year.
She was then placed into a group home in Madison, where she cut off her ankle monitor last November and escaped.
She was later taken into custody in Illinois, and her conditional release was revoked in February.
Geyser was 12 years old when she and another girl nearly stabbed their friend to death in Waukesha in 2014.
