A Two Rivers man with a lengthy history of drug-related convictions has been picked up on new narcotics charges.
34-year-old Kaleb J. Holmes was given a $1,000 signature bond yesterday (August 19th) by Court Commissioner Jewel Scharenbroch. While given a signature bond, Holmes will remain in custody on a PO hold from the Department of Corrections.
The 34-year-old has been charged with one count each of Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
These charges are just the latest in a long line of previous convictions related to drug activity, as Holmes has previously been found guilty of Possession with the Intent to Deliver Fentanyl, Delivery of Schedule II Narcotics, and additional charges of Possession of THC and Narcotic Drugs.
Additional Terms of his bond include no possession of any controlled substances, and he is to maintain absolute sobriety.
Holmes will return to court to make his initial appearance on September 14th at 1:30 p.m. in Branch 1.
