Two local organizations are once again partnering to help students in the Sheboygan area.
In partnership with the Sheboygan Area School District, Shoreline Metro will be offering free bus rides for all students actively enrolled at a district school for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Students will be able to utilize Shoreline Metro buses at any time during its hours of service for any reason, whether it be to school, work, social activities, or appointments.
These free rides are also available for all SASD faculty and staff who live within Shoreline Metro’s public transit system service area as well.
Students and staff will have to sign up for the free bus pass online to qualify, and student or faculty IDs will not be permitted.
In order to receive the Student Bus Pass, eligible riders must download the HotSpot Parking app from the Apple or Google Store on a smart device, while those without such access can receive a physical pass by contacting their respective school’s office for a free voucher.
