A Shell Lake man was arrested on Saturday for the fifth time on an OWI charge.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says they stopped 31-year-old Dakota Ellithorpe for speeding near US 53 and US 63 in Trego and observed signs of impairment.
Ellithorpe was taken to a local hospital for a blood draw and then on to jail.
