Residents in the City of Plymouth will soon be able to safely dispose of their unwanted electronics.
Plymouth Utilities, in partnership with WPPI, will be holding its annual electronics recycling event on September 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Plymouth Utilities building located at 900 County Road PP.
Throughout the day, residents will be able to drop off electronics, including but not limited to kitchen appliances, DVD or CD players, dishwashers, refrigerators, and string lights for no cost.
However, a fee will be required to recycle select items such as batteries, incandescent, fluorescent, and LED bulbs, and plasma screen TVs.
Those who are looking to participate in the recycling event are asked to enter the Plymouth Utilities facility from County Road O or South Street.
