The finalists have been selected for a statewide battle of the bands.
The 3 Sheeps Brewing and Les Paul Foundation’s Wisconsinitis battle of the bands championship round will take place on Saturday, August 15th at the Brewery’s taproom in Sheboygan.
The championship round will pit Appleton champ David Paul Martin, Madison Champ, the Racing Pulses, Secret Menu, and Gold Steps against one another for the chance at being named the tournament’s winner.
The winning group will not only win $3,000 cash, but they will also get the opportunity to travel to Los Angeles for a day of recording in the Les Paul studio using original equipment used by the Wisconsin music legend himself.
This battle of the bands is held in conjunction with the 3 Sheeps Wisconsinitis initiative, aiming to honor a Wisconsinite who represents everything our great state has to offer.
Last year, the inaugural Wisconsinitis representative was Green Bay Packers and NFL Hall of Famer LeRoy Butler.
