There are three meetings on tap for today (August 3rd) in the City of Two Rivers.
Opening up the week will be the Committee on Aging, which will be in the Senior Center Library at 8:30 a.m.
After hearing input from the public, the group will get their monthly committee reports from various groups.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Public Utilities Committee will be in the Committee Room in City Hall.
There, they will hear input from the public before getting the latest on this year and next year’s LSL replacement projects.
They will also get the latest on the Columbus Lift Station and a PFAS report for the DNR before discussing chemical treatment in the water, likely related to the fluoride discussion held by the City Council last week.
Closing out the day will be the City Council, which will be in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. After voting on a noise ordinance waiver for Heroes Venture Arcade, the Council will take action on two resolutions.
One is for over $1.78 million in sewerage system revenue bonds, the other for nearly $2 million in Water System Revenue Bonds.
