The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection is inviting dairy processors from Wisconsin to apply for Dairy Processor Grants.
These applications must be in by 12:00 pm on September 1st.
Applicants are only eligible if they operate a licensed dairy processing plant in Wisconsin that is engaged in pasteurizing, processing, or manufacturing dairy products.
The funding from these grants can be used on a number of dairy business needs, such as food safety, staff training, plant expansion or modernization, and professional consulting services.
Winners will be picked through a competitive selection process, and those chosen will be announced in the fall of 2026.
Recipients may receive grants of up to $50,000 per project, and they must provide a match of 20% of the grant amount.
