The Wisconsin Farmers Union will be coming to Mishicot for the next leg of its Summer Farm Crawl series.
After two previous stops in Seymour, the WFU will be at Adam’s Heirlooms Farm on Saturday, August 1st.
The event will include a tour of the farm owned by Adam and Dianna Diehl, and a discussion with the couple about their journey into culinary history.
Guests will also get to try some heirloom vegetables and their delicious shrub, made from an 1832 recipe.
The event at 16333 Saxonburg Rd will be held rain or shine from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
It is free and open to the public, but advanced registration at WisconsinFarmersUnion.com is encouraged.
The final of four sops will also be in Manitowoc County, specifically at Sullivan Family Farm, located at 7725 County Road R in Manitowoc.
That event will be held on September 13th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
