A Milwaukee County judge has ruled that a 16-year-old boy charged in the 414 Day killing of David Krause will face prosecution as an adult.
The teen, whose name has not been released, is one of three juveniles accused of attempting to rob Krause before he was shot and killed in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood.
Judge Milton Childs transferred the case to adult court, while another juvenile charged in the same incident will remain in juvenile court.
The 16-year-old’s bond was set at $100,000.
