Heart-A-Rama in Two Rivers has made its annual donation to the American Heart Association (AHA).
$75,500 was given to the AHA following another successful year of their annual variety show, themed “On Wisconsin.”
Heart-A-Rama also purchased 10 AED’s for non-profit organizations in Manitowoc County with the money they raised from this year’s shows, thanks to milestone support for the cause.
Co-Chairman Fritz Dramm says the organization is incredibly grateful to the community showing up, adding that all donations “represent the collective heartbeat of our community coming together to support the life-saving research of the American Heart Association, while simultaneously allowing us to put life-saving AED devices directly into the Manitowoc County non-profits that need them most.”
More than $3.3 million has been raised by Heart-A-Rama since 1971.
