The Village of Mishicot reminds residents to apply for emergency assistance if they haven’t yet.
Manitowoc County Emergency Management Department Director Rhonda Green tells Seehafernews.com that FEMA representatives will be in their 9th Street offices on July 22nd and 23rd from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to talk to residents about applying for help.
The Emergency Management Department reminds residents that if they have homeowners, renters, or flood insurance, they need to file a claim before applying for FEMA assistance.
The fastest way for residents to find out if they can get help is to go to disasterassistance.gov.

Residents in the Mishicot area were affected by strong April storms that brought flooding to streets and to one of the city’s parks.
