Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley is back in the race for Wisconsin governor and getting a major endorsement.
Governor Tony Evers threw his support behind Crowley after his decision to reenter the race on Saturday, telling supporters in Milwaukee, “This election is too important to gamble on.”
Governor Evers highlighted Crowley’s record in Milwaukee County and believes he’s the best candidate to beat Republican Tom Tiffany in November.
Crowley threw his name back in the ring following Lieutenant Governor Sara Rodriguez’s decision to call off her campaign over financial issues.
