A Menomonee Falls man is being linked to a shooting near a Culver’s.
Prosecutors say 25-year-old Samuel Kendall shot a man in the eye after the victim followed his vehicle from the restaurant parking lot last month.
Authorities say a search of Kendall’s home later uncovered bomb-making materials, explosive device diagrams, and a device that was removed by the FBI bomb squad.
Investigators also say Kendall admitted to shooting at the Flock license plate reader cameras and firing warning shots at the pursuing vehicle.
Kendall faces charges including recklessly endangering safety, criminal damage to property, and possession of improvised explosives.
