A Madison man has been sentenced to seven years in prison for conspiring to distribute fentanyl and 50 grams or more of meth.
Investigators say they bought 28 grams of meth and 15 grams of fentanyl at the home of Andre B. Morriss in 2024.
He was arrested at a traffic stop in Sauk Prairie based on an active warrant.
While in jail, Morriss continued to talk with an associate over jail video visits about drug trafficking customers, specific drug sales that were to take place, and drug trafficking advice.
He pleaded guilty to the charge on April 15th and was sentenced earlier this month.
