
Four individuals are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Manitowoc County.
63-year-old Steve Gawinski of Two Rivers, 38-year-old Emily Smith of Plymouth, 62-year-old Mark Walloch of Two Rivers, and 30-year-old Emily Kumbalek of Manitowoc were all present for their bail hearings yesterday (July 15th).
During those hearings, Gawinski and Smith were given a $250 cash bail, while Walloch and Kumbalek received $1,000 signature bonds.
All four individuals have been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine after a baggie of the drug was found in a vehicle during a recent traffic stop.
Meanwhile, Walloch and Kumbalek also face Possession of THC charges following the incident as well.
As part of their bail, all four were ordered by Court Commissioner Jewel Scharenbroch to maintain absolute sobriety and are not permitted to possess any controlled substances.
Smith and Gawinski will return to court for their initial appearances on Monday (July 20th), and Walloch and Kumbalek will have theirs on August 3rd.
