There is only one meeting scheduled for today (July 15th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Community Development Authority will be in City Hall at 4:00 p.m., where they will review the monthly financial and expenditures report for the Public Housing Business.
They will also get the latest on the PHB’s office renovation before reviewing a design application for the property at 1114 South 10th Street, across the street from the UnitedOne Credit Union.
This project aims to renovate the exterior of the commercial/residential property as the owner prepares to make the property a residential-only structure.
The building was used as a grocery store, barber, stone cutter, and antique store since its construction in the late 1880s.
