A Waukesha County family is suing Target over their infant daughter’s death.
Taylor and Tyler Bethard, of North Prairie, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the retail giant in Minnesota last week, nearly three years after their baby died from ingesting a water bead.
The legal action claims Target didn’t do enough to warn parents about the dangers of the toy.
They believe the 10-month-old’s death could have been prevented if properly notified.
The Bethards previously tried suing Target in New York, but it was tossed because of jurisdiction concerns.
