One person has died after a crash involving a dump truck in Outagamie County yesterday (July 14th).
The Appleton Police Department, along with multiple other agencies, was dispatched to 441 Southbound near Telulah Avenue on a report of an overturned dump truck.
No other vehicles were involved, and the driver was declared dead at the scene.
The Appleton Police Department called it a “very challenging crash scene,” and thanked all of the passing motorists who stopped to help.
They were also assisted at the scene by the Wisconsin State Patrol, Appleton Fire Department, and Gold Cross Ambulance, and a joint investigation is being conducted by the local police and State Patrol.
