A national company spotlighting locally owned restaurants will highlight an area supper club.
Schwarz Supper Club in New Holstein will get a visit from America’s Best Restaurants (ABR) today (July 14th).
The group will produce a full episode about the historic supper club, which will air on social media channels at a later date.
The premier date will then be announced on the restaurant’s Facebook page and featured on America’s Best Restaurants’ website and YouTube channel.
Schwarz Supper Club was founded in 1957 by Evelyn and Ziggy Schwarz and has been passed down through generations.
ABR says the supper club is known for its “warm atmosphere and commitment to excellence, making it a trusted favorite for locals.”
Current Owner Lisa Schwartz says they love being the kind of place where friends and families can come together and “where people who visit often end up knowing the folks at the next table.”
Their episode will feature their most popular dishes, like their prime rib and hand-cut bone-in steaks.
