
A Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Deputy was injured in a crash involving a teenager on Wednesday (July 8th).
The crash occurred at the intersection of County Highways V and I at 4:35 p.m. A 17-year-old boy from Waldo reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign while driving on Highway I and pulled out in front of the deputy who was driving on Highway V.
The deputy was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries, while the state of the teenager is unknown.
The Wisconsin State Patrol has taken over the investigation.
Orange Cross Ambulance was called to assist at the scene, as were the Waldo and Sheboygan Falls Fire Departments.
