The City of Two Rivers is asking residents to complete a concept plan survey for the former Hamilton Property.
Over the past four months, residents and Two Rivers High School students have shared ideas and a vision for the 14-acre site.
The Two Rivers Community Development Department has used the ideas participants gave them to create the concept plan.
The survey will ask those interested to review the community-created site plans, share what they like and don’t like, help identify the right mix of development, and rank their favorite concepts.
Feedback from residents will create a consensus site plan that will be presented to the City Council in September.
Two Rivers is also offering public listening sessions on the redevelopment concept for the Hamilton property.
The first meeting takes place next Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Two Rivers City Hall Council Chambers.
The second is Tuesday, July 21st, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the Koska Room at the J.E. Hamilton Community House.
The last meeting is August 5th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Lester Public Library.
Two Rivers officials finish saying this is a “once-in-a-generation opportunity to help shape the most important redevelopment projects in our community.”
