A Manitowoc cheese shop is fully closing its doors.
Zutz Cheese House on S. 10th Street near Cedar Crest Ice Cream is hosting a rummage sale, as Owner Dennis Zutz sells items from the shop.
Zutz tells Seehafernews.com that his parents opened the store about 74 years ago.
The bank they rented the building from would buy the former shop they were in before the business moved to 10th Street.
Cheese was sold for 40 years, with Christmas being the best time.
But Zutz says it had gotten tougher, and he stopped selling cheese this past Christmas.
Items from old radios, glassware, signs, and other things are on sale at the 10th Street shop.
