A man convicted in a Fond du Lac overdose death case has been sentenced.
38-year-old Don C. Oden of Milwaukee was previously found guilty due to a no contest plea on a charge of 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide, while ten other drug and bail jumping charges were dismissed but read into the record.
Judge Anthony Nehls ordered Oden to spend nine years in prison, followed by six years on extended supervision.
Oden was arrested last year after it was learned he sold fentanyl to a woman in 2025.
She was later found dead in her North Brook Street residence.
Oden was given 467 days credit for time served.
