June was a month unlike any other for the Town of Sheboygan Fire Department.
The department has released its June 2026 call summary, outlining its busiest month on record when it comes to calls received.
The Town of Sheboygan Fire Department and First Responders received 93 total calls last month, the town’s one-month record.
Of these 93 calls, 76 were EMS-related, while 17 were fire calls.
Those 17 fire calls included three for downed wires and three for residential fire alarms. There were two for medical assists and motor vehicle accidents as well.
Other calls last month included a commercial fire alarm, one structure fire, a controlled burn that got out of hand, and more.
The 93 total calls in June are up 20 from the previous month and up 34 from April.
