The second installment of Manitowoc County property taxes is due soon.
A reminder from Manitowoc County Treasurer Melissa McCulley says the taxes must be turned in to her office by July 31st.
Property tax bills must be paid in person, by mail, or at certain banking institutions listed on the postcard reminders.
If a resident wants to send their property taxes by mail, they must be postmarked by July 31st, 2026.
Tax bills include instructions and telephone numbers for residents with any questions.
McCulley finishes by saying that if you own your home and permanently reside there, you could be eligible for the Lottery Credit on your tax bill.
