The Appleton Police Department has identified the woman who died when a dump truck rolled onto her vehicle.
61-year-old Victoria Wagner of Menasha was traveling on East Calumet Street on June 18th at the same time a wrecker towing a dump truck exited northbound Highway 441.
The wrecker ended up leaving the roadway and entering the median, which caused the dump truck to become detached.
It then overturned and hit Wagner’s vehicle, who died at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation by the Appleton Police Department and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
