Wisconsin’s Sixth District congressman says a bill passed a year ago is already providing meaningful results for families.
Congressman Glenn Grothman says the Working Families Tax Cut, also known as the “One Big Beautiful Bill”, is keeping more money in workers’ paychecks, strengthening support for families, and reinforcing American manufacturing.
Rep. Grothman stated that Wisconsin taxpayers are seeing the average savings of $3,182, and workers are keeping more of what they earn.
He says the Child Tax Credit continues to help parents manage finances, while expanding R&D incentives helps businesses invest, expand, and keep good-paying jobs at home
Democrats call the legislation the “One Ugly Bill,” saying it made major cuts to Medicaid while making it harder for people to stay on it.
