There is only one meeting scheduled for today (June 29th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The City Council will be holding a work session meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, where they will hear input from the public.
They will also discuss some preliminary concept maps for the community visioning process, as well as some wastewater sludge issues stemming from decommissioned landfill discharge, and the potential cost implications.
The council will also take action on a resolution declaring intent to reimburse temporary project expenditures with proceeds from future Safe Drinking Water and Clean Water Fund financing for planned water and sewer infrastructure improvements in 2027.
This includes 500 individual service connections and approximately 11,600 feet of sanitary sewer mains, which are 90-100 years old.
