A convicted sex offender we previously reported would be living in Manitowoc County had some changes to his case.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office first reported that Rick A. Holtz would be residing on Tannery Road in Mishicot upon his release on June 24th.
However, the Department of Corrections informed the Department that is no longer going to be the case.
Holtz will still be on the Sex Offender Registry for life following his conviction and time served for 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, but will no longer reside in Manitowoc County.
