Milwaukee road crews are dealing with a record number of pothole complaints.
Mayor Cavalier Johnson told reporters yesterday pothole service requests are around 18,000 so far this year, but the majority were filed between April and May.
That’s when southeastern Wisconsin and much of the state dealt with intense weather, including heavy rain and tornadoes.
Governor Tony Evers was out with road crews yesterday, as well, helping repair some of the potholes.
