Workers at Rogers Behavioral Health in West Allis are speaking out, accusing the company of retaliating against union supporters.
A protest was held outside the facility yesterday, roughly two months after workers in West Allis and Madison voted to unionize.
That followed the reported firing of three workers who had brought up intentions of unionizing.
Some former and current employees told CBS58 they were getting overworked and staff wasn’t replaced, so the idea of union potentially helping was a good idea.
