Applications are now open for one of the most beloved annual events at the Sheboygan County Fair.
The 2026 Sheboygan County Fair Farmerbud Showmanship event will be held on September 5th, offering a perfect opportunity for local children to get a start in showing cattle.
There will be three Farmerbud classes, including 4 and 5-year-olds, 6 and 7-year-olds, and 8-year-olds.
Calves are required to have been born between June 15th, 2026, and August 1st, 2026.
For the event, participants are not required to wear white clothing, and calves do not need to be clipped.
Anyone looking to sign up a child is required to fill out the entry form by no later than August 10th.

Once completed, forms should be sent or dropped off at the Sheboygan County Holstein Association at N7052 Meadowlark Road in Sheboygan Falls.
