
The Green Bay Police Department is looking for a homicide suspect after an incident yesterday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Deckner Avenue for a weapons call.
On scene, an 18-year-old man was found unresponsive in the street with an apparent gunshot wound.
Aid was rendered, but the 18-year-old man, now identified as Emerald Metoxen of Oneidam, was later pronounced dead.
A 17-year-old victim was also found by police at a local hospital and received treatment for an apparent gunshot wound.
The second victim’s injuries are not considered life-threatening.
Green Bay Police issued a temporary shelter-in-place order for the area of Deckner Street, which was later lifted around 8:30 a.m.
