Arson charges are being filed against a Buffalo City man accused of setting fire to his own home.
58-year-old Jeffry Kostner reportedly set fire to the porch of the West 6th Street home on Sunday but refused to evacuate, telling authorities that he himself was responsible for the blaze.
No injuries were reported.
