Electric service rates in Two Rivers are some of the lowest in the region.
That’s according to the city, which said that through June 2026, the average residential electric bill was around $72.43 per month, making it the second-lowest among seven regional utilities.
Manitowoc Public Utilities had the lowest average at around $68.90.
The average bill among all seven utilities studied was around at $76.51, meaning Two Rivers customers paid about $4 less.
The city notes that only the “Electric Service” part of the bill is included, not charges from other services.
The data was collected by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission (PSC), which calculated the average residential customer pays each month for electrical utilities.
The PSC looked at total monthly bills compared to the cost per kilowatt hour, providing a “more accurate picture of what residents actually pay.”
