Emplify Health has a new member of its leadership team.
Shana Lewis-Washington, SHRM-SCP, has been named the new Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Development, and Learning at Emplify Health, bringing with her more than 20 years of enterprise talent leadership.
Shana most recently led workforce development and talent supply innovation initiatives at Trinity Health, where she played a key role in designing national hiring strategies, advancing workforce integration efforts, and launching innovative healthcare apprenticeship and career pathway programs
. Lewis-Washington says she was drawn to Emplify due to its “mission, strong values, talented teams, and its commitment to serving patients, families, and communities across multiple regions.”
