A Sheboygan County teen was flown to Milwaukee after a farm accident nearly took his life.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department was called to a farm in the W3000 block of Wilson-Lima Road just before 1:30 Thursday afternoon.
They arrived to find an 18-year-old male with his leg caught in a piece of equipment and trapped inside a silo.
Multiple other first responder agencies also arrived on the scene and worked to get the teen free before a Flight for Life-Theda Star helicopter transported him to a Milwaukee-area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
His current status is not known, and no additional information has been released.
