The Mishicot man charged with sexually assaulting his own daughter has been arraigned.
38-year-old Travis Besaw waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday and entered not guilty pleas to all charges.
Court records show that he did not wish to exercise his right to a new judge, meaning if the case goes to trial, it will be overseen by Judge Anthony Lambrecht.
Besaw will be back in Manitowoc County Court on September 3rd for a scheduling conference.
The 38-year-old is accused of continually sexually assaulting his daughter over a two-year period, beginning when she was just 14.
A criminal complaint alleges that he offered his daughter drugs and alcohol to continue having sex with her and threatened to turn her in to the police for her drug use if she didn’t do what he wanted.
He remains in the Manitowoc County Jail on a $500,000 cash bail.
