A Sheboygan art institution is inviting the public to enjoy some music and art this summer.
The John Michael Kohler Art Center is offering free public programs, music, and festivals through the Levit AMP Sheboygan Music Series to bring artists and community members together.
This series will run through the summer and feature a diverse lineup of musicians, each bringing different music genres and experiences.
On top of the music, each concert will have food trucks, beverage tents, and free art activities.
These performances will be at Sheboygan’s City Green, with the season finale held at the Arts Center’s Art Preserve during Wayside Days in September.
The 56th Midsummer Festival of the Arts on July 18-19 will be a similar event, offering music, food, and art making, and bringing over 100 artists to present works on ceramics, paintings, photography, and much more.
For up-and-coming artists, the Emerging Artist area will offer opportunities for individuals to explore professional art pathways.
